Meet the Doctors

Dean E. Neal, M.D.
Board Certified Ophthalmologist.

A member of several national and regional boards, Dr. Neal has been serving patients in the Gresham area for decades. His specific interest, other than general ophthalmology, is the role of techniques in optimizing the visual outcomes of presbyopes, a condition affecting most all adults over the age of 40.

Jay Futterman, M.D.
Board Certified Ophthalmologist

Dr. Jay Futterman joined the practice in 2007 after completing an internal medicine internship in the Legacy system of hospitals and ophthalmology residency at Northwestern University in Chicago. He provides comprehensive surgical and medical eye care with a focus on prevention and patient education. He is on staff at Providence, Adventist and Mt. Hood hospitals. Dr. Futterman and his wife reside in Portland and enjoy the many outdoor and cultural opportunities the area provides.
